The pricing was substantially higher than stated at rental. Advertising $59 and charging $194. I don’t care how you spin it , it’s false advertisement. There was a customer service guy who was absolutely terrible! He was very rude and combative towards customers in Person and over the phone ! I called and complained and left complaint, NO ONE CONTACTED ME as far as I know . Quick note, not that it’s any business of anyone’s, that weekend was a rough weekend to begin with and to be treated like that , made the experience worse. The young lady working there was really nice and helpful !

I didn't receive my receipt until after the location closed and I noticed my fuel level was documented wrong so I was charged for fuel even though I had just refueled before dropping off the vehicle in person at least 3hrs before they closed. I wasn't able to call the location because they were closed already.
