DARRELL WThere was an issue with the truck that wasn't the fault of the site and it was fixed within thirty minutes and I was given an even better truck then I started with.
John FThe ret urn location was really inconvenient and no one was there to check in the truck. We tried to follow the instructions on the drop box but we could not scan the QR code. We called the number provided on the drop box but we were put on hold for over a half hour waiting in 100+ degree heat with no shade> I will look for another company if I have to move again.
