We reserved a truck at a specific location. Arrived at location and facility said we could not get our truck and had to drive to opposite side of town. Got to location truck was filthy window caked with bugs etc. Truck only had half tank of gas. Was almost late to work due to them refusing to give me a truck at location that was reserved at.

LEOTHURS FRandy and the whole experience with Security Self Storage in Chico has been excellent. I have used him for my Uhaul and storage in the past and he is always great!
PHILLIP JI needed to drop off the trailer when they were not open, but the man answered the phone on his day off and gave me excellent instructions on how and where to drop off the trailer. He was very helpful and I had no problems.
Christine LTeam member was helpful and friendly. Checking in took a while since the system was down but he stayed positive and professional.
