Trailer looked rough - faded and peeling paint, hard to read license plate. Had no issues with the trailer itself, staff hooked it up to the truck and helped test the lights, no issues in transporting it. Given that this was a secure self-storage with a key-code access gate, it might have been helpful to provide info on the location that says "call to be granted access to check in" as there was no gate code provided.

This review is in reference to the recent trailer rental from Chico to Redwood City Arguello Street U-Haul. hat the chico location pick up was easy the customer service person there was informative and helped me hook the trailer up we were in and out in no time. In Redwood City The yard help was helpful and even took the time to give me directions even though they were closing. A personal follow-up call to my cell phone resulted in making sure that everything was clarified and The returned unit was in good shape and that they were going to close the contract with no issues. I rented from here before and the service was good now this is where I rent from. Very satisfied with this experience.
Ray sWe reserved a truck at a specific location. Arrived at location and facility said we could not get our truck and had to drive to opposite side of town. Got to location truck was filthy window caked with bugs etc. Truck only had half tank of gas. Was almost late to work due to them refusing to give me a truck at location that was reserved at.
