Keys were not in lock box and was not notified about it for 24/7 pick up had to sit on hold for over a half an hour in the pouring rain

There was no dolly inside
Kaitlyn M.was rude to me on phone. complained that he was overbooked and he wasn't going to accept my return, even though i had it in my contract. (I had a one way) claims he has "bitched to corporate" about a glitch in the system and they are sending him too many trailers. finally agreed to accept my return!! i was taking our son back to college and this was the LAST thing I needed to deal with. this guys attitude was unacceptable. he should not be a Uhaul franchisee he is rude and not accomodating. Also, Uhaul should "vet" their dealers. It was in my contract that i was going to return to this location. I would like someone to contact me regarding this rental. MIke Ellis 925-490-3215
