The only downside I came across my rental was the truck I was given had no door keys so the cab could not be locked, I accepted the truck despite the issue though as I live in a safe community. However an issue for uhaul to address. I have absolutely no complaints regarding the pickup location, they were quick and kind to me, even gave my 10year old a little paper uhaul truck piggy bank. Absolutely recommend!
