Really didn't like for payment as when truck was brought back in a few hours they couldn't tell us if we over paid. I just don't understand the system
Frankie A.Reserving the truck ahead of time was easy but when I picked it up, the service person would not allow me to read the actual contract before I paid. I had to pay first before she printed it off and I could actually see it. She told me no one had ever asked for that before and she didn't know how to do it anyway. But at this point I had no choice as I had reserved the truck so I could move; it was far too late for me to go somewhere else. I have never had to pay for something first without seeing the contract.
