I would like to speak with a customer service re my recent charge with UHAUL and clarify the additional mileage charge.

JO-ANN NWe first book 20 ft truck but then 2 days before our pickup date, we got call by scheduler that truck is not available then they give us 3 different options which were not practical for us . We live in abbotsford but they suggested us to pick truck from Kamloops /Kelowna . Then they suggested for ubox which they will deliver at driveway for a day to load in but we live in basement we do not own driveway, obviously our owner will not let us use drive way for whole day so this option did not work . Then they suggested to drive uhaul from Alberta to BC then BC to Alberta bu we already booked flight for one way so it was not helpful for us . Scheduler guy name starts with A ( i forgot his name ) he was so rude , unprofessional and had 0 sense of professionlism. When these options did not work , we decided to go to abbotsford uhaul office lady was so helpful she found one uhaul that was availbale in chilliwack . Thanks to her . So we picked uhaul from chilliwack , staff was helpful but my overall experience was not satisfied at all . Even in uhaul , it was a nice new cleaned truck but , left signal was not driving during whole driving .
