There was a nail in the front right tire causing a slow air leak. I told the attendant that |I had a warning come up on the dashboard when \I picked it up and he said he knew about it and it was fine. I then checked the air pressure later and it was at 55psi when it should have been 80psi.Also, i was grossly overcharged on the gas |I used. I was told the tank was full when I picked up and it showed full but when i returned it still showed 3/4 tank and it cost me over $70.00 to fill again. Considering I only drove 245 km, I highly doubt the tank was actually full when |I picked it up. Considering the safety issue with the underinflated tire and the gas ripoff, I was very disappointed with u-haul as a whole.

I reserved and then at pick up was Told I only had in town reservation which was wrong Took a little longer to figure it out and u guys made it work but that should not have happened
LEIGHTON SI have used this location for dropping off uhauls twice now (one truck and one trailer). Both times were a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, they made it easy to return without any hassle.
Ann-Alise KI reserved the trailer 3weeks in advance for pickup in surrey. I had to Travel to chilliwack to pick it up. Costing me valuable time and money.
