Everything was super easy, from booking to pick up to drop off. Only issue I had was that I got a text message asking for pictures of the license of the trailer, and pictures of the front, back and sides which I was supposed to send to UHaul before we left the lock up spot. Didn't see the message right away, and then when we stopped to take pictures, it wouldn't allow me to upload them from my phone...when I tried a bit later, the link had expired. That was frustrating.. Other than that, super easy process and was very affordable.
