Megan TI reserved 2 dollys along with the teuck and trailer over a month and a half prior. There were none when I picked up the reservation. We did not have time to go to any other location to pick up any. I called the uhaul reservation number and explained this. The agent advised that there were some 30 mins from me. I told the agent twice that I was under a deadline and did not have time to run around. I requested to speak with a manager, I am still waiting for that call. We had to buy 2 dollys for a move. When I booked my reservation, I specifically requested a location 5 mins from my house. Nipe, because the trailer wasn't in the area we needed to drive an hour out of the way to get it. This is not ok, it should be organized and able to be driven to the location required
