Always excellent service at this location
Dave MWhen someone books a reservation a month in advance. The reservation should be guaranteed. Not changing the truck size the day before I move. Overall will never recommend uhaul to anyone and I will personally never rent a uhaul again. Horrible experience, and the lady on the phone i called not from this location. Was rude and unhelpful. Disgusting customer service all around.

Tannis EI only used maybe 20 km ... I was told, at this location, that I have to pay a minimum of 50 km and the bill wound up being $135 from $19.95 + km .... I fully fuelled up before I brought it back.
