I booked the rental of a 4x8 I closed trailer. They told me they did not have one then but would have one on site and ready to go on the day of the start of the rental. The evening before the rental a received a call from U-Haul telling me that there was not one on site in Corona and I would have to pick up the unit in Chino. Because of the last minute changes I was stuck soo picked up in Chino. Before hookup the ran my card and overcharged me $40 for an upgrade to a 5x8 which someone changed. I never was asked for an upgrade or told of one chosen for me. We had to call corporate to get my refund, tat to my knowledge has not been completed. To return the trailer I called customer service to find the closest dealer. The rep phoned the location and nobody answered so she said she emailed them to let them know of the return. Once we got to the return dealer she called corporate and was told it had to be returned to another location even further from our destination. Once there it checked in ok and we were gone. We turned in one day early and we were not refunded for that one day early return. You know I worked in the RV industry for over 45 years and ran a couple of fleet locations of rental motor homes and some trailers for a portion of those years. I know what customer service is and in my opinion you company does not know the meaning of customer service. I would be Embarrassed to be a party to such rude and unprofessional organization such as U-Haul. I will never use your company again. Bye

20.00 after hours fee not mentioned. We dropped off at 6;30 . We would have dropped earlier had we known. Not at all happy about that.

Lisa was very helpful and has excellent customer service. I was picking up the truck at 7:30am, but I had trouble logging into my account. The office was still closed but Lisa happened to be there taking care of other issues. Instead of dismissing my problem and telling me to come back at 9am when the store opens, she was kind enough to call her boss so she could assist me in getting the truck. I was on my way out after 15 minutes, without delay. She is someone with excellent customer service. I do appreciate her time in taking care of my issue. She is an asset to your company. Reserved trl early in week got there no plug for trl. Sent me to another uhaul 15 miles away that trl had flat tire,but had plug for trl had to buy that thou.went back to first place to finally get a trl that I wanted 3 hr early

I reserved the truck by online, but I spent 10 minutes for the front desk process which too long. The office was a bit dirty, uncomfortable . The rental parking was untidy. I appreciated that you listening the experienced customer . Thank you.

UHaul is the absolute worst, they took photo of my ID, and then I had to stand there so the clerk can take another "Selfie" of me. I rented a cargo van, and asked for 3, yes, 3!!! PHONE NUMBERS, apparently I m going to steal this van, which had a broken left turn light, which was not on the original check list I over-filled the gas tank by a few gallons, and was told it would be credited back to my account. You can guess how that turned out. Go somewhere else... Trust me
