Every review is tied to a real U-Haul reservation or contract.
How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt wasn’t clear that I needed to make a reservation prior to actually getting and paying for the equipment because this was a location that you had to scan and rent, there was no one there to tell me what to do but when I called the lady talked me thru everything and stayed with me till everything was 100% completed!
Scott GThe location is close to me. It was very convenient and clean.
Pamela DBoth of the people I dealt with were fantastic. I will definitely use this location again.
Russell BI received a call from U-haul telling me I was 3 hours late to drop the truck, and they would charge me more money for the late returned, which was NOT the case, The U-haul representative did not have the correct information. Nevertheless, I returned the truck the same day I received the call. To then get a rude person which did not seemed to care to help out with the "check-in" process. I was NOT happy with the entire U-Haul Rental process; you do not get the contract that explains "What you get" until you are on-site on the APP trying to get a million things done the day you are moving. And by the way the contract is ridiculously long and makes no sense, not simple to read or identify exactly what you just got yourself into. The process is not a smooth one at all.
