Excellent service at this location. DO not use the main location in Pflugerville. Poor customer service and forced me to return to the Second Chance location. Fortunately their customer service was excellent.
Mark PTyler was super friendly and really helped us to hire the correct vehicle, with no stress. I have already recommended him to several people and will use his u haul again.
Carl DReservation was made online. Website took me to a location that I did not want to rent from but made it out to be only one available and they were wanting me to hook up the trailer on my own. Declined insurance online yet when I received the invoice it shows that I was charged for insurance. Poor business practice.
