I received a call from U-haul telling me I was 3 hours late to drop the truck, and they would charge me more money for the late returned, which was NOT the case, The U-haul representative did not have the correct information. Nevertheless, I returned the truck the same day I received the call. To then get a rude person which did not seemed to care to help out with the "check-in" process. I was NOT happy with the entire U-Haul Rental process; you do not get the contract that explains "What you get" until you are on-site on the APP trying to get a million things done the day you are moving. And by the way the contract is ridiculously long and makes no sense, not simple to read or identify exactly what you just got yourself into. The process is not a smooth one at all.

Upon drop-off, there was a major communication problem because the attendant had a heavy foreign accent and i could not understand most of what he said. This caused an uncomfortable misunderstanding at first. This problem might have been eliminated if he had been wearing some sort of U-Haul identification.

Theresa AExcellent service at this location. DO not use the main location in Pflugerville. Poor customer service and forced me to return to the Second Chance location. Fortunately their customer service was excellent.
