DEVIN RThe vehicle I booked online was not available at the location. I was on hold for 15 minutes before being redirected to a UHAUL facility 20 miles away where I eventually rented a vehicle. The vehicle itself was good. Your service is poor.

DEMARGO SMy reservation included 2 Utility Dollies, 24 furniture pads, and 1 appliance dolly. They were not in the truck, I let the location know and the man said I would not get charged for them. I called the Uhaul office(number that confirmed my order) and they told me that my contract included the items and that I did get charged for them. Went back inside the location and the man insisted that I was not charged for them and could not do anything on his end. Worse experience, do not recommend this location.
