I ordered a dolly and it was missing, then I went back and they said they had none and offered no resolution. I was counting on that to move boxes. If it was not available, they should communicated with me so I go somewhere else. It was very frustrating to move heavy boxes without a dolly. The guy at the counter was not professional, he was talking to me like I knew him, making jokes and such. Not in a mood to joke after moving all day and not eating and just wanting to go home. I would not go back to this location at all.
