The pickup location was fine. We got a leaky truck from them that damaged my belongings on a rain storm and U-Haul refused to compensate.
CRAIG CWhen i signed up for the reservation i selected no insurance however upon returning the uhaul the guy working there insisted that i had to get insurance (after i already had the uhaul) he would not take the insurance off AT ALL. Even though i never signed up for it. He said it is just how it’s done but i have rented uhauls in the past in different locations and this is the first time i had this experience. It felt very much like a scam!
Alec VShe overcharged wasn’t very clear about pricing. May be a language barrier. Very disappointed in the service will not be back.
