They charge me $19.00 in gas when I put the fuel back where it was when I got the truck. In my 10 plus years of renting Uhauls this is the first time something like this has happen
William HI was charged for blankets that I did not receive. I will given a dolly that I did not order. $130.00 for a daily rental from a location that is only 20 miles was very unexpected as I have used Uhaul for many of my moves and have never had to pay .99 per mile for gas. I will use Penske moving forward.
Cynthia TPoor customer service charged $20 for after hours drop which is terrible simply parked the truck and dropped the keys in the lockbox which is what it is used for. Also charged $9.00 for gas which was returned at the same amount I got the truck with.
Todd SThis was a mobile drop off, the drop off location wasn’t opened so no one helped me and I never entered the building so I don’t know about the condition.
