Make the online pickup and drop off easier. Do not make it so dumb that you would rather pay the convenience fee than go through the hell you put your customers through. This service sucks and needs to be revamped. Totally unsatisfied. Will never use it again.

We were sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes figuring out how to set everything up, and even the return process was a hassle. Please figure out a way to greatly reduce all of the steps for the contactless after hours service.
