I reserved a truck for 12 hours on Saturday and returned it after 6 hours. I got a bill charged for 2 days (rental+insurance) since they were closed during the weekend and saw the truck on Monday. It's been about a month since then, and there's still no response on the dispute.

Maybe ensuring the inside of the truck is clean from the previous customer. I got in and the inside of the driver side door had bird p**p all over it. There was trash as well.

Isaac SU-Haul moved my pickup location at the last minute to a very inconvenient location. It was a dangerous neighborhood and I felt very unsafe there waiting for Abraham to meet me there.
Nancy GDo not charge people for a full day just because you weren’t there when they turned it in. Check your cameras to see when someone dropped off the truck instead.
