The lock to get the key out did not work smoothly and I was under the impression there would be someone there. The app when having to take pictures was not the easiest to navigate!!

What experience I have ever had. I will not being using U-Haul again or condoning anyone else to.
Meagan NI reserved a truck for 12 hours on Saturday and returned it after 6 hours. I got a bill charged for 2 days (rental+insurance) since they were closed during the weekend and saw the truck on Monday. It's been about a month since then, and there's still no response on the dispute.
Kibum AMaybe ensuring the inside of the truck is clean from the previous customer. I got in and the inside of the driver side door had bird p**p all over it. There was trash as well.
Alexis LDid not have blankets ready in the truck. Had to go in the office to ask for them.
