The initial pickup location had no one there to manage the rental. Thank goodness Secure EZ Storage stepped up to handle the rental and customer service was empathetic and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Joshua C.I estimated 50 miles, they gave me a truck with less than that available to drive based on fuel level. After hours drop off is a rip off. $20 for the same thing they would do if you drop it off in the am.
