It was supposed to be 24hr drop off but there was a locked gate. We tried calling but no one answered. Uhaul support was not helpful. We were only able to complete the drop off after waiting almost 30 minutes when a client came through and let us in and out with their code for the gate.

The gate was locked and no one seemed to know that there is a code .. so that is poor execution

RAVEN BThe pick up was a nightmare. You need a code to get in the gate of the storage facility where the uhaul is. They give you the code to get it but don’t tell you to keep the code (you need to code to get back out of the gate). I waited on the phone for 10 mins with U-Haul trying to get a code to get back out when finally a good samaritan leaving the storage unit put in their code and we were able to leave. On returning the uhaul we were never given that code again. We got lucky and there was someone entering the gate right before us so we were able to get right in to return the truck. Same issue when trying to leave after returning the truck. No code, but again we were lucky someone was leaving so we were able to follow them out. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve had.
