Everything was great except the app. I hate apps, just. Way to make me do your work. So the return of the vehicle was a pain because the app was laborious, many steps, some didn’t work with my phone.

Counter person was l very nice & accommodating. We were locked out of our new spartment & had to bring dolly bavk later. He told me to put in truck near lightpost, as he was moving the truck . My som did. Said that truck was different, but we retirned dolly!
Lisa PAfter hours drop-off, so no interaction with personnel. Clearing marking the chock blocks for trailers would be helpful.
Thomas DTruck was pretty dirty inside the cab. The box had a weird odor to it.
