There is no dolly in the truck as I ordered. The dolly was critically important to the first half of the move and the first half of the moon was ruined because we had to move boxes three times as many times because we had to take them by hand. I picked up the truck in the morning at 7:00. In addition there were glass bottles of kratom rolling around the ground hitting the metal walls of the front part of the truck that I couldn't find for an hour and it was extremely annoying and along with the empty box of Marlboro Reds in the two bottles of kratom it was clear the truck wasn't clean and I had to stop the truck three times to find this bottle of kratom and I finally found it So I basically had to clean up after your last customer.

RAMON HThe Truck windows were dirty and should have been cleaned. I drove from Cincinnati OH to Syracuse New York and had to use toll roads. No one at the pickup and drop off locations explained how the tolls were to be paid.
