The equipment wasn't clean. The truck did not have the appliance dolly that I requested. I had to pick it up at a different location, and the guy at TNG told me to bring the dolly back with the truck yet the lady that I got the dolly said to bring it back to her as he was apparently trying to still her dolly (which I did). I picked the truck up around 3: 00 PM on Friday and returned it Saturday evening before dusk. I asked the man at TNG if I could bring it back early and he said that I could because he had cameras everywhere that would clock the exact time that I returned it. It appears that I was OVER charged for the time that I didn't have it. The receipt that was sent to me says that I returned it at 3:00 PM on 10/6/25 which was a Monday not the Saturday evening that it was actually retuned. I am not happy at all.
