Floor of the van portion of our truck was covered in oily substance. This ruined multiple items, including our mattress and some furniture, and has created excess work upon unloading due to this substance now tracking all over our home floors. However, my main complaint is the safety hazard this causes. Each involved mover slipped on this substance at least once, and one even nearly fell completely out of the back of the vehicle due to the state of the floor. Thankfully he had quick reflexes and was able to avoid injury. Lastly, with limited operating hours (9:30-4) we opted for mobile pickup through the app. This process was not user friendly and after taking nearly an hour, completely defeated the purpose of an earlier pickup time. Will not use again and will not recommend to loved ones.
