We were overcharged $56 for insurance we opted out of. There is no recourse to being ripped off by your internet system. WE AE WAITING FOR THE REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will NOT be using Uhaul again. We are in real estate, and we will be sharing our experience with a lot of people.
