There were no staff there which was fine because we were after hours, but the key drop box was hard to find because it was behind a large swinging gate that was closed. In the yard behind the gate was a large dog that was thankfully locked up because it was acting aggressive. The app worked well to turn it in and we appreciated the convenience of that.

I had to drive over 40 minutes from my home in Alvarado Tx to this drop off location when there were several closer locations. It is unclear to me why I was not allowed to drop the trailer off at a closer location. U-Haul - you can do better.
