The Truck I got was the roughest riding truck I have ever driven. I am not sure if it was a tire or transmission issue but it was rough!
RUSSELL BWe requested reservations at a closer U-Haul facility and we’re not pleased with sending us to pick up at a different location. We selected the specific location as it was nearby and had the same size truck in parking lot. When someone selects a specific location it would be nice to receive a phone call as to why different location selected than the one we chose when reserving online.
