I couldn't find the barcode to scan but the app picked up my location. Also on my phone the button to take pictures was halfway into the android navigation menu and I couldn't close it

I did a self return and there was only one bar of cell service out there. It took many many attempts and way tooo long to upload the photos of the trailer I was returning. I actually had to drive further down the road to get them to upload. I'm not sure how to fix that and I have no serious complaints...it was just aggravating. I did not interact with any personnel so that question does not apply.

It was my first time renting and large vehicle like this and would definitely recommend. sidenote: as a woman alone, I unfortunately (in the past) have been asked things like Where was my husband but with this rental experience I was very much respected.
