It took about 30 minutes for the employee to connect to the Uhaul server and process my rental agreement. IMO this should take 5 min if the uhaul network would allow it. This issue seems to reside at all uhaul locations I’ve rented from and is really frustrating for both customers and employees.

Truck was dirty. It was an emergency situation for I didn't have time to call and another truck. Then we got to wv to unload and had 3 wet boxes and the whole bottom of it mattress was soaked. We took pics of the mattress. I have video of the truck before leaving the lot in nc.
