Nothing. I had an issue the same day with another location. Between the agent and her need to choose agency over understanding, I rebooked at this location and everything was great.

There was quite a mix up about the drop off location. My agreement said to drop it off in Bountiful, UT, but when called, they said I wasn't in their system and I had to call national U-Haul. While on hold with a rep, the call was transferred to another rep. She helped me get the local drop off arranged. I had to unhook and drop the trailer at the return site with no staff help. Since there is no tongue jack provided and the hitch had to be put directly on the ground, it could be a hazardous situation (pinching fingers/toes(. The customer should not have to do that type of work since it is a rental.
