The reason why, is the employee took an extremely long time to get us checked out. Moving is a stressful time and taking over an hr to pick up something we already reserved I felt was way to long.

DAVID FWe have used this location many times, even passing other U-Haul companies. The staff is so attentive. We were running late, returning the truck and they were so kind and didn’t charge us a dime, even though we were late. They even let us have the dolly for no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone as their staff was fantastic.
