We have used this location many times, even passing other U-Haul companies. The staff is so attentive. We were running late, returning the truck and they were so kind and didn’t charge us a dime, even though we were late. They even let us have the dolly for no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone as their staff was fantastic.

ERIC HI struggled with the Uhaul app and mobile check-in (that process and app definitely needs some attention and refinement), but Roger at the Freeport West location saved the day and my experience. He was more than helpful throughout.
