DOLLIE WThe store has a very bad odor. The rep did not go and review the truck for the gas or mileage and it concerned me. He told me drop the key on the counter. That was the extent of the conversation.
Amanda GThe gas station owner was somewhat rude in saying he doesn't do drop offs. He told me to park in back and leave keys in drop box and the uhaul guy will be there around 3 to look at it and send my a final bill. Not helpful at all!
