It was a store & gas station, no other gas station around. I called to see if I could change drop off because the drop off person changed and I was headed in the other direction. Very rude! I was going to get gas there and they had no gas! The pumps were out. Wouldn't you let someone dropping off a truck know that since they are going to be putting gas in the truck? Instead I had to drive around looking for a gas station. I went over miles, only 3 but it's the principle. Plus when I got there I couldn't understand them but it was obvious I was inconveniencing them. After such a great experience picking up this truck from Uhaul I thought they should know.Taniss C.

Pickup at the location was okay - WHAT WAS TERRIBLE was - I got a phone call just 3 days before rental because the place i had reserved a trailer at over 3 weeks prior didn't have one available! What's the point of reserving at a specific location if it doesn't secure trailer availability?? WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED and InconveniencedKaren W.
The U-Haul attendant had to be called, he wasn't at the facility. The 2 attendants at the store were foreign and had some trouble with the English language. The vehicle I rented needed air in the tires, and needs service. This facility is not up to the normal U-Haul standard of attentiveness, cleanliness and customer supportSteven H.

I reserved AND put in my credit card the night before for a 6x12' trailer. The TOTAL was $95.00. When my brother picked up the next day, Prime Corner ADDED insurance making it $132.00 which I did not have. When I called and asked about a refund, he refused saying â€œhe signed the paperworkâ€. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and did not have any more money because I had to move for surgery and recovery. So, he has now put my account in overdraft and cost me even more money.Richard W.
My drop off time was 0900 hours on Sunday. We arrived at the drop site at 0830 and the individual 0830 there started yelling at me he did work for U Hal and would not help me, told me that the sign out front listed the times. I put the key in the box, he was now yelling that I would PAY.William W.

It would be nice if customers weren't lectured or reprimanded for reserving a truck at a location that didn't end up being the pick up location since apparently only the reserving location gets the commission if you reserve a truck online. I learned this after being scolded by not just one, but two, UHaul reps when I went to pick up the truck I reserved. I reserved a truck closest to where I was moving from but apparently trucks aren't kept there so I was bumped to a farther location. Therefore it might also be helpful for the next customer to know if a truck is not at the location when they reserve it. And if they do have to drive across town to pick up the truck, they definitely shouldn't be reprimanded because the pickup location won't get commission but has to go through the hassle of renting the truck. This is a father and son ran business. Father is extremely rude! My husband told him he didn't have to be rude to me. The guy got upset too. I made reservations days in advance with the son and paid for truck rental. I told him pick up would be 8:30 am. He put 11 on reservation. I went at 8:30 like I told him. The father was working and told us they don't start til 9:00 am. He called his son in to handle the rental. My husband and the father exchanged words about his rudeness and the wait. The father told us we didn't have to rent the truck. This was all uncalled for and we had to wait for the son to come take care of us. I personally think UHaul should remove their rental business out of that place! The son was very nice. But if people have to wait to do the business around the son's schedule, that is not good business. I don't like confrontation and just told the father we were kind of in a hurry as we had family waiting on us outside to help and I didn't deserve being treated that way. Suppose to pickup at a location close to us ended up having to drive out of the way to pick up a truck. Truck was outdated some functions didnt even work in the truck such as the lighting inside. Truck shook really really bad while driving.James M.
