The place that I picked up the rental was perfectly fine no issues. The gentleman that helped me was excellent friendly and took care of everything that was on the reservation that he had for the location. However, U-Haul itself messed up my reservation because I had ordered a truck, some boxes, a dolly and blanket pads, they switched the pick up location the day before which was not a huge issue because the location was only about five minutes away however I told them that I purchased boxes and they said OK no problem but the location that I went to they don’t have boxes, which is not their fault And I had to go after I picked up the truck to the original location to pick up the boxes that I had purchased now it was only a few minutes away so it was no big deal however if it had been 1015 minutes difference or the mileage had been different. I would’ve been spending my own mileage time to pick up boxes at a location That I’d originally bought the box from. U-Haul needs to make sure things like that so that customers don’t have to spend extra time money or mileage picking up the products that they already purchased from the location they already chose. However, the gentleman at the new location was excellent friendly no issues with picking up the U-Haul or the person that helped me. The problem was U-Haul corporate itself did not make sure that that location had boxes for me to pick up that I had already Purchased .
