The original place assigned to this reservation was at Country Boys convenience store in Demorest, it was an absolute disaster! No help, lights cut on the trailer, hitch was so rusted that it wouldn’t come off the ball until I had to detach the ball from my car and manually manipulate it. Terrible cell service and kept dropping the phone calls when I called U-Haul. After an hour I finally got it off and went home to call U-Haul to change locations. Freeman’s was WONDERFUL! In and out in 10 minutes, they hooked it up and were so nice.
