My initial reservation was at a different location. I was sent here because they didn’t have my requested truck size. Customer service was poor. The entire transaction was done through a cell phone. The condition of the truck was in poor shape when driving it. There was t any gas at all during pick up. The truck was in need of an oil change. When returning the vehicle it was unclear who to speak to as this location is in a gas station. I had a representative call me 4 days later that assumed I was still in possession of the truck. I would not recommend or return to this location.

My CThe agent did not tell me the base rate; all he said was that the mileage was just .99 cents a mile. Also, the cab had some debris inside and this should have been cleaned out before being rented to me.
Fred CVery good service. Clean equipment; runs well. Also, not the dealer's fault, but when signing out, the internet connection was delayed. Otherwise, all was good. Thanks.
