We got the run around - with a reservation - to 2 other locations before we got to this one. This one was great. The other 2 were not. The time wasted added an hour - at least - to a 7 hour trip.

They had lots of options of trucks and the lady that check me in was very friendly and knowledgable.
DANIEL BI rent a trailer one way. Picked up in Cleveland, TN dropped off in Demopolis, Al. The office in Cleveland call to find out why I hadn't returned the trailer. Inexperienced help. The rates quoted online was different than when I picked it up. Was not happy about that.
