The equipment was hard to find. No signs to direct you to its location. It was located in a side lot full of construction debris and woods backed into the woods making inspection difficult. Finding the vehicle and gaining keys was difficult and time consuming.

You may want to advise your customer when you change the pickup location. I had to change my pickup day because I wasn't advised of all info i needed. Give better info on drop off location.
Sharon JThere was dried grass and hair all inside the back of the van when I picked it up. The process to rent the van was redundant. Address, pic of license, and emergency contact over and over again. Invest in your technology.
