Crosstown was excellent. They went above service for us. Kim was excellent. We rented a uhaul from her to move our son to kansas. We had a rental car to drive back to Iowa. We found out when we got to kansas that we couldnt rent a car without a major credit card. We called Kim at Crosstown and she got us another uhaul to drive home. She helped us so much. She deserves a raise.

Javier CI live in Moline IL where there is a decent sized Uhaul and storage facility location. Along with others in the quad cities metro area. I made a reservation online for a trailer rental for this location but uhaul changed it for me to pick up the trailer over an hour away. So i had to drive an hour away and when i got there it wasn't even there so i had to drive to a different location. Needless to say, since i was using the trailer to store stuff for a vacation, my vacation was delayed. Uhaul allowed me to drop the trailer off at the location nearest my house but not pick up there even though there were multiple trailers of the same type i rented just sitting there. This is a completely inefficient system and needs fixed. Luckiliy the agent at the 2nd facility in Clinton IA was helpful and quick in getting me my rental and sending me on my way.
