This was meant to be a self-service rental: however, I experienced significant and clearly intentional delays with both checking out truck and returning. The facility is not even set up to support these type of rentals and the staff is focused on their mini mart with U-haul service treated as I'll get to you when I get to you. She even brushed off my mention of the reservation being for 10am and it now being 1015am and delaying my moving time table. I highly suggest they remove this add-on from their mini mart business if they have limited capacity to support.
