Just moved my mom last month and this time was completely different, passed the place cause it looked like a tiny sketchy gas station. No uhual sign or truck in sight, turned around walked in asked guy about uhual he just replied " license " took my license for few minutes and gave me keys to truck. No paperwork no explanation about gas or adding driver, I didn't even sign anything. It was suspicious but I needed to move and figured i could get it sorted out once I return truck. My previous pick up place last month was good and alot closer to home. I had to drive an hour away from my house to this place. Thankfully I wont be moving again for a long time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI'm not sure if it's U-Haul's system or the location. But if I filled out the reservation online, why does it take 45 minutes to pick up a truck. Why did all the information had to be resubmitted by the clerk, in addition needed a second individual to be listed even though I was the only driver? Seems to me the process could have been smoother.
