I'm not sure if it's U-Haul's system or the location. But if I filled out the reservation online, why does it take 45 minutes to pick up a truck. Why did all the information had to be resubmitted by the clerk, in addition needed a second individual to be listed even though I was the only driver? Seems to me the process could have been smoother.

The dealer did not know how to properly check the UhAul back in, caused me and extra day raye and charged me for insurance when it was bot in my initial online reservation
Shanqueilla HVehicle was dropped off on the day of return. U-Haul team did not check me in as returned until the next day leaving with an extra $70 charge for returning it a day late.
