I was charged for 15 miles I didn't travel. Your software appears to have a problem.
DANDRIDGE PI rent every weekend for work & I seem to periodically have problems with this location. I've had a problem with them not assigning me equipment. I had a problem on 2 occasions where I tell the attendant that I don't want the insurance and I was charged for it anyway. They make you choose 75 miles or more upon booking .and for some reason. When I was there last 5/3/25, the attendant tried charging me $200 to rent a 10' truck for 1 day, I was only going approximately 35 miles. & This was after I had a problem with them assigning me equipment. When I finally got my truck, there was another guy there waiting having the same issue. I hate renting here, but it's the closest to my house.
