It was a last minute thing and had went to 2 other locations to get a 10 foot truck,and they didn't have any,called this location,said she had one just come in and she could have it ready in 30 minutes,thanks u-haul cause I'm gonna be sleeping good cause I needed the truck to pick up a new bed

TORY TThis was my first time ever renting a U-Haul truck and no one told us that there was a mileage limit on the truck and we had drove 37 miles over evidently the limit and was charged an extra $41.47 with no explanation until I called The company that we rented from and they explained it then to … my suggestion, would be to go over the contract with the person and explain that there may be extra fees if you go over the excess mileage. We had to go several places to pick up the items that needed to be delivered to the apartment on Highway six in Houston not knowing that the mileage would be more.
