The Cobourg location was fine. However my original reservation was made at the COLBORNE location 4 days in advance for an Auto Transport trailer. When I arrived at my reservation time there was NO TRAILER there for me! I WAS FURIOUS as that ruined all my plans for the day! I live in Colborne, so that's why I chose Uhaul. So Uhaul, what's the point of a reservation if you can't get a trailer to Colborne with 4 days notice?! Absolutely no excuse or reason for it! Pathetic customer service for a company in business for 81 years! DO BETTER!
Brad RDisappointed that I had to travel to a further location from my original request. This ended up costing me extra mileage fees . If U-Haul cannot meet customer request, customer should not be expected to pay extra.
