Michael did a great job looking after me and my rental and set me up for success. The APP failed on checkin and I couldn't leave comments about the vehicle which was clean and overall serviceable, but the AC/blower fan worked intermittently at highway speed, and the wiper blades need replacing because of the huge streaks they left in the rain. And FYI, these are not just idle whinging on my part, but safety requirements under the Highway Traffic Act Regulations. Ive been in the Fleet business and currently work managing a fleet of 500+ police vehicles. I understand it's tough to stay on top of small items like this in a vast fleet, but if your App worked properly it would probably be easier. Best regards Ron
Ronald DI had a reservation at Colborne location, they didn’t have the truck and not even the dolly, this reservation was made for May 9 to pick up the truck at 11 am . I had to go to cobourg, 25 minutes away from colborne to pick up a truck, big thanks to David from colborne location, David was the one to arrange everything for me that day
