Service at this location was less than desirable. I had much better service with the 1-800 lady I spoke to as well as the Matheson Ontario drop off location. The trailer was not ready ( iced-in) we had to dig it out of the snow and when we voiced our disappointment I was told that he would cancel our equipment rental as we were not the kind of customer he wanted to serve. Very disappointed with the location but the uhaul company is awesome.

The summer tires on the rig that I rented were a disappointment. You need some winter tires on the beast. I firmly believe that the windshield wiper blades are family heirlooms as they appear to be the original ones put on at the factory. The cab was the noisiest thing I have ridden in in a long time - probably a faulty exhaust manifold. The padlock on the back (to secure cargo) is totally seized.
