Winners auto appears to be decent auto shop and I have no issue with them. The issue is that this is an app only pickup and drop off location which isn't mentioned when checking out. We showed up and went inside and they told us they had no involvement in the process. 35 minutes later we finally got a code to the lock to get in the truck. The notification should be clearer.
