I initially reserved a 15 foot truck from Napa in powell wy. Upon arrival I was notified that the system was down and there was nothing they could do to help me after already making plans to move due to the guaranteed reservation from uhaul. Determined and somewhat desperate I called the W storage the lady who answered told me she had a 26 foot trailer she could get me in and that's exactly what she did. She was professional and straightforward made sure I got my family and my belongings moved to our new home before worse weather came around. She was definitely a life saver and I appreciated her help. She also has a wonderful antique store inside the building with some pretty awesome stuff inside.
