The truck was in good condition. The trailer was old, and I was surprised that they used that to move my car from Idaho to Ohio. The attendant was very nice, but she said that there weren’t any other trailers for 20 miles. I had made a reservation ahead of time. Also, I had changed the drop off location the Sunday before I picked up the truck. I picked up the truck the following Saturday. They switched my pick up location. With everything, they did something wrong with changing the drop off location. I had stood right there when it was changed, but somehow it didn’t show up on the paperwork. I didn’t notice it until I arrived at my destination.
