This place has amazing customer service!! Such an easy experience from beginning to end. The wonderful lady at the front desk was phenomenal, she went above and beyond! We are super grateful.
Bethany BThey couldn't fix the fact that the prior renter was smoking heavily in the vehicle, but they could have cleaned the cab out significantly better on the sunflower seeds and the couple sticky spots on the middle seat. It sounds like my reservation was messed up or interrupted at the 1st pickup site, so they switched me over to this other location last minute. I assume they didn't have much time and/or notice on the situation.
