The location I picked up from was great however the experience with the general area uhaul and website was disappointing at best. I’d reserved a 10’ truck online only to learn that there weren’t any available to me the day before picking it up. I spoke with the person coordinating all the area rentals and was told only the largest truck was available. Pulled into the original location of reserved a pick up from to see a vast fleet of all sized trucks sitting in the lot. After speaking of my problem with the person at the desk of that location, I learned there was in fact more than the 25’ trucks available which sent me to this location I’m commenting on. Overall, the experience was of a disjointed and unserious organization. I do hope uhaul gets their stuff together soon.

JOHN WFantastic experience! I did not know I would be able to reserve a local move UHaul in such short notice! Within 10 minutes I had located an available rig, followed through the step to run a Mobile reservation and was able to access the truck as quickly as I got there 30 minutes later, even with the UHaul dealer shop closed for a few hours. The steps to record any damages, get the key code for ignition keys and getting online approval was a breeze! I had a short time to get this move done and was in and out and had the move done in three hours! This process saves time and was a great experience, 5 stars!
