Both U-Haul locations I picked up from had absolutely no service or WiFi which made it completely impossible to check in or check out.

Fix the mobile check-in system. I've used it twice and it's always a trainwreck. It shouldn't take an hour of rejected license photos and calling random friends to pick up a truck.

ROBERTJOHN NI reserved my rental unit from 9-5. I am there at 9 trying to get the keys to the truck. The location is super sketchy and the doors to the truck were left open so anybody could have gone in the truck. I am so disappointed. I get no email about where to drop off the truck, only where to pick it up. I enter the combination into the lockbox and it will not open. I have to call and ask someone for the correct combination because they gave me the combination to the wrong lockbox which opened the keys to another U-Haul truck that wasn’t even there. I am waiting another 30 minutes. I ask if I can get my reservation extended and I was told yes because I was locked out of the lockbox. Then I go to the back of the truck and there is dirty brown liquid all over the top shelf and ruined some of my items. I was disappointed. Then I return the truck to the closest location because I got no confirmation or email about where I am supposed to drop it off. Then I am outrageously charged an additional $203.31 for this. Then I check my email and my reservation was never updated to account for the extra 30 minutes and continues to say 9-5 instead of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. I will not be using U-Haul in the future for this terrible service.
