RONALD WWe were very disappointed the day before.We were supposed to pick up our twenty six foot truck.We get a call saying that we could only have a twenty foot truck.They couldn't get us the twenty six foot. Not a very good system, when somebody reserves a certain size, and you can't get that to them. For this reason, we were not able to move everything.We needed to move. After talking with all the u haul employees, they just said.Well, that's just the way it happens.
