How U-Haul Reviews WorkDistance from pickup. There were several locations closer to my desired pickup -and they all had the requested truck size.
Kevin TI was charged an extra $600 for miles I didn’t use. I use U-Haul a lot and this was the worst experience yet. This experience is making me not want to use uhaul as I’ve asked for a refund for those miles I was charged for but did not use. I am very upset by this scam. There was supposed to be a case opened for it but I’ve heard nothing. I will never recommend U-Haul again because this has not been resolved.
