The women at the office in Coldwater was a sweetheart. Very graceful and helpful. The moron that originally took my reservation down is a complete imbecile. Moron. Shouldn’t have a job. Complete idiot. The women at the Barrie location on Essa was Also very very helpful. The original guy though, that took the reservation down and messed up my dates completely should be fired. Maybe hire people that speak English. Especially in an English speaking country.
